Embedding Integrity Across the Business
This commitment is supported by a structured governance framework and a set of policies, controls, and management practices designed to guide responsible behavior across all levels of the business. These include ATG®’s Code of Conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption commitments, grievance and whistleblowing mechanisms, and broader compliance processes that help ensure business is conducted in line with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
In 2025, 100% of operations were assessed for corruption risks. During the same period, the business recorded zero confirmed incidents of bribery and corruption and zero anticompetitive behavior cases. ATG® also continued communicating its Anti-Bribery Policy and Code of Ethics to governance bodies and employees.
Supporting Responsible Business Conduct
ATG® also participates in external governance and ethical trade frameworks that support responsible business conduct. As a SEDEX member, the business has been independently assessed through the SMETA Ethical Trade Audit, helping to strengthen transparency and reinforce standards across labor practices, health and safety, the environment, and business ethics.
