At ATG®, responsible business means treating people fairly, respectfully, and responsibly, both within our own workplaces and in the broader communities connected to our operations. Our approach combines responsible employment practices with community investment, helping create positive social impact inside and outside the business.
Respecting Human Rights in the Workplace
ATG® is committed to maintaining a workplace built on dignity, fairness, and accountability. Our approach is guided by ISO 26000 social responsibility guidance and includes a firm commitment to zero child labor and zero forced labor across our operations, alongside workplace practices that support nondiscrimination, equal opportunity, and respectful treatment for all employees.
Investing in communities
ATG® believes social responsibility also includes making a positive contribution to the communities connected to our business. Through community investment, partnerships, and targeted initiatives, we aim to support local well-being and contribute to long-term social development in the regions where we operate.
In 2025, ATG® invested LKR 16.08 million in CSR and community-focused initiatives, with programs reaching more than 20,172 beneficiaries.
Creating Social Value Through Responsible Action
By combining responsible workplace practices with meaningful community investment, ATG® aims to create lasting value for both its people and the communities around it. We see this as an important part of social sustainability and how responsible business is put into practice across ATG®.
