Stakeholder Engagement

ATG® believes that effective governance depends on understanding and responding to the expectations of the people connected to the business. Stakeholder engagement is therefore an important part of how we make decisions, identify priorities and strengthen accountability across our operations.

A structured approach to engagement

ATG® engages with a wide range of stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, communities, owners, regulators and wider partners across the value chain. Through ongoing dialogue, we work to understand expectations, gather feedback and use these insights to inform governance, risk management and operational planning.

In 2025, the ESG Steering Committee strengthened engagement with communities, partners and regulators to help ensure that sustainability actions remained aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Listening across the value chain

ATG® engages with different stakeholder groups in different ways depending on the nature of the relationship and the issues involved. This includes regular communication, meetings, surveys, site visits and other engagement channels that help the business understand stakeholder priorities and respond to evolving expectations.

By embedding stakeholder engagement into governance, ATG® aims to strengthen trust, improve responsiveness and ensure that business decisions are informed by a clearer understanding of the people, organisations and communities connected to our operations.
