Enterprise Risk Management

ATG®’s governance approach includes a structured focus on identifying, assessing and managing the risks that could affect the long-term resilience of the business. This includes operational, financial, environmental, social, governance and climate-related risks that may influence performance, compliance and stakeholder trust.

A structured approach to risk oversight

Strategic direction and oversight are provided by the Board of Directors, supported by senior management and the ESG Steering Committee. This governance structure helps ensure that environmental, social and governance considerations are reflected in both strategic and operational decision-making.

In 2025, the ESG Steering Committee worked closely with management to integrate ESG principles into decision-making, risk assessment and performance monitoring. ATG® also used double materiality analysis and continuous stakeholder engagement to help identify and address sustainability-related risks and opportunities across the business.

Managing business and sustainability-related risks

ATG®’s risk management approach is designed to support a broad view of risk across the organisation, including business, operational, ESG and climate-related issues. By monitoring these areas and integrating ESG factors into governance and project oversight, ATG® aims to strengthen resilience, improve decision-making and support responsible growth.
