Respecting human rights in the workplace

ATG® is committed to maintaining a workplace built on dignity, fairness and accountability. Our approach is guided by ISO 26000 social responsibility guidance and includes a firm commitment to zero child labour and zero forced labour across our operations, alongside workplace practices that support non-discrimination, equal opportunity and respectful treatment for all employees.

Investing in communities

ATG® believes social responsibility also includes making a positive contribution to the communities connected to our business. Through community investment, partnerships and targeted initiatives, we aim to support local wellbeing and contribute to long-term social development in the regions where we operate.

In 2025, ATG® invested LKR 16.08 million in CSR and community-focused initiatives, with programmes reaching 20,172+ beneficiaries.
